If your profile is a match, a recruiter from Summa, our allied service center, will contact you to learn more about you, explain the next steps, and initiate the selection process.

Evaluations

The Summa team will provide links to psychotechnical assessments and technical evaluations, if they are part of the process.

Let’s meet

You will have at least two interviews. Summa conducts a competency interview based on your psychotechnical test results and, depending on your previous performance, you will meet with the leader of the team you are applying to.
